We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary anniversary at the Jaffa hotel. We are from Tel Aviv and familiar with their restaurant. The experience was excellent. We had a great time there. The service was great. Alex from the desk gave us the highest quality of service that is possible and made everything magical. It’s nice to see all the staff in the hotel and in the restaurant with uniforms. The room was specious, modern and well equipped. They even served us with Halloween cocktails. Breakfast was served at the hall and was delicious. We even took a yoga lesson at the beautiful chapel. We and our guests were very pleased.

The hotel’s design seamlessly blends modern elements with the charm of the historic building, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities were impeccable, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The sea view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we cherished every moment watching the sunset in the evening. It was a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.

Everything looks solid here - a spacious hall, a cozy inner courtyard, a combination of history and modernism, well-groomed vegetation, interesting cuisine with an emphasis on healthy food. It's a pity that there is no kosher.. And it was important for me to be allowed to come with my pet, special thanks for that. In general I felt nice and cozy here, it was one of the best my vacation in Israel.

second stay and absolutely loved it once again. hotel is a beautiful building - great ambiance. staff are super helpful and did all that they could to makes sure our stay was amazing. was there with my parents and other half and we all loved it. will definitely return again. breakfast beautiful and so well looked after by Roman every morning and the rest of the team. love the pool are - cold towels, gray poolside service. food exceptional whether in room, poolside etc.

Magical atmosphere. Cleanliness. Stylish design. Every detail is incredible. Many thanks to Ariella at the reception for recommendations on visiting interesting places in the city and friendliness,Nikita also for attentive attitude and help with any questions.Farhad and Italia for a wonderful time spent at the pool, attention and care. Egor and Polina for a great time, magical atmosphere, warm welcome in the restaurant. Thanks to all the staff of this wonderful hotel, you make this place especially warm and special.

Breakfast was expensive at £45, far too much variety of buffet food and breads, plus choices of a menu. Not enough guests for breakfast to use it all, it seems a waste, there was enough food to have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would have preferred to have half the amount of choice and pay half the price. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel was very clean.

Great hotel, beautiful atmosphere, great service and amazing food. Before we arrived we already had quite some help from the concierge (Aviad) and during our stay from Ariela. They were very helpful with arranging transportation, booking padel courses and restaurants. The last night we had dinner at the Jaffe, which was really tasteful, maybe the best food we had in Tel Aviv that week.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were super friendly (I remember Roman being particularly friendly and helpful during breakfast) and they couldn't do enough for you, it really did make it feel like luxury. The hotel itself was stunning - wonderful decor externally around the hotel and beautiful pool and surroundings.

Our stay was really magnificent🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩thanks to Mohammed who works in the reception 👍👍 When you arrive to the hotel the staff will park your car and u don’t need to worry about anything. Moreover, we were at the pool relaxing and I suddenly remembered that i need something from our car .. so one of the best staff in the hotel called(Mohammed) was making sure that we be relaxed and anything we want will arrive to us immediately.. in that moment we felt we are really in a luxury and a VIP hotel. On the day of the check out Mohammed gave us a present from the hotel (luxury perfume) and apology letter in Arabic as a way of saying sorry because of the delay that happened to us(other member of the staff sent our luggage to a various car.. so we had to wait for like 2 hours to have out luggage back).
